How to Place an Order

Relational analyses are a premium service, and the ordering process is therefore structured, secure and personal. Here is the full procedure – simple, predictable, and balanced for both parties.

In short

  • You start by sending an email to post@omnitale.com
  • We collect birth data and give a delivery time
  • We confirm the order and produce the analysis
  • Payment is made in advance or just before delivery (with a short excerpt provided if needed)
  • The full analysis is delivered in writing
  • NOK 500 refunded upon a useful piece of feedback

1. Send an email stating that you wish to order

The start is simple: send a brief email to post@omnitale.com with the subject line “Order of analysis” and state which of the three products you want. You do not need to describe your situation or provide background information.

2. You receive a reply with what we need to begin

We usually reply the same day or early the next day. In the reply, we ask for:

For Product 1: Constellation Analysis (1–5 people)

  • Date of birth for yourself and any other persons included in the constellation
  • Time of birth (as precise as possible) for the same
  • Place of birth for the same
  • If relevant, a brief explanation of what type of constellation it is: family, group of friends, etc.
  • Your full name
  • Your VIPPS number (mobile number for payment and any refund)
  • You will be informed how much the analysis costs

For Product 2: Field Analysis for Groups (6–100 people)

  • Date of birth for all persons included in the group
  • Time of birth (as precise as possible) for the same
  • Place of birth for the same
  • A short explanation of what kind of group it is and how the people relate to each other, e.g. organisational chart, family relations, etc.
  • Your full name
  • Your VIPPS number (mobile number for payment and any refund)
  • You will be informed how much the analysis costs

For Product 3: System Analysis without People

  • A short description of what you want analysed
  • Your full name and address
  • Your VIPPS number (mobile number for payment and any refund)
  • You will be informed how much the analysis costs

In addition, we ask a few screening questions to ensure that the product is the right fit for you.

We also give you an exact delivery time and confirm the price. If the waiting time does not suit you, you may cancel without any obligation. You are also informed that the analysis must be paid in advance or at the latest just before delivery.

3. The order is approved – and the analysis is produced

Once we have received the birth data and confirmed that the product is suitable for you, we approve the order and begin the work. Before the full delivery, payment must have been completed.

If you prefer, you may wait with payment until the analysis has actually been produced. In that case, we will send you a short excerpt from the beginning – a few lines showing that the work has been done – before you pay via VIPPS. The full analysis is delivered once the payment has been received. This means one extra step, which takes a little more time.

4. Refund for feedback

Along with the delivery, you will be informed that you may receive NOK 500 refunded directly to your VIPPS number if you give a useful and concrete piece of feedback on the product.

CRED is also used in research contexts to further develop and quality-assure the method. Feedback from clients functions as valuable empirical data and contributes to a more precise, robust and reliable tool for reading relational and systemic fields.

From time to time, we extract short excerpts from feedback for use in marketing and external communication. All such use is completely anonymous – without names, dates or identifying information. The purpose is to give others a realistic impression of what the analyses can actually provide. If you do not wish your feedback to be used in this way, you may simply remain passive.

5. Extensions – adding more people

If you wish to extend the analysis by adding one or more people (up to a total of 5), you do so in the same way:
  1. Send an email requesting an addition
  2. You receive a delivery time for the supplementary analysis
  3. You pay via VIPPS no later than just before delivery
  4. The supplement is delivered in writing as an extension to your original analysis

This applies regardless of whether the addition concerns a partner, children, former relationships or other important people. The person(s) you add will be brought into the existing analysis and considered in connection with what has already been established. The purpose of adding more people is to understand what the relationship means for you and for them – viewed together. The added person(s) are also analysed separately, but not as thoroughly as in a personal individual analysis. If you want things presented in a particular way, most things are possible.

The price for adding an extra person is normally NOK 1,990 (including VAT). More complex analyses or deeper investigations of specific details can be done – just ask, and you will be given a price.
