Product 2: Field Analysis for Groups (6–100 people)

What can you use a field analysis for?

A field analysis gives you a clear, coherent picture of how your group actually functions – not how you hope it functions, but how the dynamics express themselves in reality.

This is the analysis for you as a leader, participant or concerned party when you need to understand why things flow – or why they lock up. It reveals how the group is interconnected, where the energy lies, and which movements are ripe.

A field analysis can help you to:

  • Understand the real hierarchy and lines of power
Not always the formal ones – but the dynamics that actually shape direction, decisions and atmosphere within the group.
  • See which triads and subgroups drive the field
Who creates movement, who slows things down, and why certain relationships influence the whole so strongly.
  • Uncover hidden tensions and vulnerable zones
Where conflicts arise, where communication falters, and where the group is losing energy.
  • Understand what holds the group in place
Stagnation, old patterns, misunderstood roles or overlapping intentions.
  • Identify momentum and potential
Where development can actually occur, which individuals carry the changes, and which constellations give natural movement.
  • Make better decisions across people
Recruitment, team composition, responsibilities, distribution of tasks, conflict resolution and strategic choices become easier when you understand the structure of the field.

This is not an individual analysis of the people – but a precise mapping of the system as a whole, as it expresses itself through the relationships between the individuals.

This analysis is designed for groups, families, teams and organisations where it is important to understand the overall dynamics, without analysing each person individually in depth.

Astrological data are used here as structural nodes, together with an organisational chart, family tree or other relational map. In this way, a grid is constructed that shows how the individuals actually stand in relation to each other within the field.

CRED is used to read the group as a system:

  • hierarchies, roles and lines of power
  • triads and key constellations
  • areas of tension, vulnerability and stagnation
  • areas of potential, momentum and natural movement
  • subgroups that drive or slow down the whole

No participants are analysed in depth as individuals. Astrological data are used as a consistent coordinate system for understanding structure and dynamics, not as personal horoscopes.

Pricing structure for field analysis

  • Base price (setup, data structure, foundational analysis): NOK 6,000
  • Price per person in the field: NOK 600 per person

Examples:

  • 6 people: 6,000 + 6 × 600 = NOK 9,600
  • 10 people: 6,000 + 10 × 600 = NOK 12,000
  • 25 people: 6,000 + 25 × 600 = NOK 21,000
  • 40 people: 6,000 + 40 × 600 = NOK 30,000
  • 60 people: 6,000 + 60 × 600 = NOK 42,000
  • 100 people: 6,000 + 100 × 600 = NOK 66,000
